Chicago Fire Defender, Carlos Teran returns from Injury

Chicago Fire defender, Carlos Teran has made a triumphant return to practice after a lengthy knee injury.

The 23-year-old defender underwent a successful surgery on his right knee to address a meniscus tear.

After a 6 weeks hiatus, the Columbian international was seen practicing for the first time with the rest of the squad at the seat geek stadium, gearing up for the upcoming road trip to Columbus.

Teran’s return comes as positive news for Head Coach Frank Klopas who lost Andrew Gutman to an injury in the team’s opener against Philadelphia Union.

Teran, who has established a reputation for his defensive prowess has three goals in 61 matches (48 starts) since making his Fire debut in 2020
