Chicago Fire midfielder Kellyn Acosta has emphasized that the team will need to be at their best to overcome Deportivo Toluca FC in their upcoming match on Thursday at SeatGeek Stadium.
The Fire have experienced a torrid season, and a win would bring much-needed joy to their dedicated supporters who will be cheering them on at home.
Despite recent challenges in League Cup matches, Acosta remains optimistic. He believes the team must give their all to overcome the Mexican side
“It’s been a roller coaster of a season with injuries and various hurdles,” Acosta said. “But this is a great occasion for us. It’s a chance to dig deep and prove what we’re really capable of. We need to harness our strength and commitment to turn things around.”
